Hi there! I need some serious help. Ive recently got my British Amiga
working in America, and hooked it up to a PC monitor. The standard TV doesnt
give a crystal clear image, and the TV is digital, so cannot tune in manually.
The monitor I have will only work on my Amiga when the screenmode I select
is DBLNTSC or DBLPAL, and when I try and run AMOSPro, the screen tries to
overwrap itself at the sides. I used the Editor_Config to alter the
positioning on the screen, and so now I only have half a screen, as the
program moves my top-left to near-center of a normal screen, and only gives
me that small viewing space.
Is there any kind of program, patch or AMOS, that will allow me to stretch
this screen width further that that of the supplied editor config, or is
there a patch to change the screenmode AMOS logs in on. Im quite happy to
have AMOS sitting in the corner of my monitor, as long as it will view the
whole of a screen. Doesnt anybody here also use a PC monitor to run there Amiga?
I thank you all in advance for any help you may give me.
